SY Alita
The Yacht

Alita is a Sonate Ovni 455 CC, built in 2004 by the shipyard Alubat “Going further, everywhere, elsewhere”. She is 48ft. long, built from aluminum and number six of seven ever built of this model. She’s a very special lady.

Cruising the world is exactly what she was made for. Her concept is characterized by a solid construction, a center cockpit and a center blade. She is fast and has wonderful sailing characteristic on downwind courses and in strong winds. Thanks to her minimum draft under four feet, we are able to enter shallow atolls and river mouths

Alita is luxuriously equipped and mostly self-sufficient. Even on long trips in out-of-the-way areas you will abandon no comfort. We have heating and air conditioning inside, if the conditions get extreme in any way. The watermaker allows for regular fresh water showers, even far from any supply.Solar panels and diesel-generator deliver the necessary electricity.
Alita has a full sailing wardrobe. Apart from the standard sailing equipment and spares, she is equipped with a parasailor-spinnaker, a twistle rig, a storm jib and a trysail. There will be no limit to the sailing fun we’re going to experience.

For all the sport divers: we have a diving compressor aboard, along with 3 tanks and some dive gear.
